Active Tots is the ideal place to celebrate your child’s birthday and by choosing one of our party packages below, you are sure to have a memorable time. ACTIVE VILLAGE PARTY
- This offers exclusive use of our Soft play area and Toddle Village and is available between 1st October and 30th April only. It is not available during the summer months
- Playtime will last for one and a half hours and is suitable for up to 15 children and a maximum of 25 adults. (Extended to 2 hours when Party Box Meals purchased, minimum purchase x10)
- Includes Party Host
- Includes Party Box for each guest to take home
- If you would like to include a children’s food option party box meals can be added priced £6.95 per head
- You will need to provide the cake and candles
The Active Village Party
This party offers you exclusive use of our Soft Play area and our role play area Toddle Village. The party will last for 1 1/2 hours and is suitable for up to 15 children, and a maximum of 25 adults. If you wish to include party box meals these can be arranged and the party would be extended to 2 hours to accommodate mealtime. Party Box meals are chargeable at £6.95 per head, with a minimum purchase of 10 meals. Allergies can be catered for with prior notice, this can’t be arranged on the day. We do not allow the bringing of your own food onto our premises and cake would be cut to take home in party boxes.
ACTIVE PLUS PARTY
- Exclusive Use of the Barn

- An individual Party Meal for each child including a selection of freshly made sandwiches, grazing sticks, fruit and yoghurt or jelly and ice-cream (depending on the age of your guests) plus squash
- Your own Party Host
- A party box for each guest to take home

The Active Plus Party
Sorry, THIS PACKAGE IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE AND AWAITING UPDATE This party offers 75 minutes exclusive use of our soft play area followed by up to 45 minutes in our party room to enjoy individual party meals for each child. This party allows each little guest to be accompanied by both parents. Suitable for a maximum of 8 children each with two adults, this party is an ideal family gathering or great for NCT groups wishing to celebrate jointly. Allergies can be catered for with prior notice, this cant be arranged on the day.
The Garden Party
- Exclusive Use of our Play Garden

- A party box meal for each child plus squash / water
- Your own Party Host
- A party box for each guest to take home
- Little Belle Tent decorated and themed with either Unicorns (very Pink) or Dinosaurs plus balloons etc
- If you wish to add additional children these will be charged at £17.50 per head
- You will need to provide the cake along with a cupcake and candle for singing Happy Birthday with
NEW Garden Party
Sorry, THIS PACKAGE IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE AND AWAITING UPDATE party offers 2 Hours of garden fun during which individual party food boxes will be served to each child. This party allows each little guest to be accompanied by both parents. Suitable for 8-10 children each with both parents (If you wish to add additional children these will be charged at £17.50 per head), this party is an ideal family gathering or great for NCT groups wishing to celebrate jointly. In the event of bad weather on your special day, the party will be moved indoors to enjoy soft play as an alternative followed by time in the party room to enjoy your party tea.

Active Premium
Sorry, THIS PACKAGE IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE AND AWAITING UPDATE party offers you Exclusive use of our play area including 75 minutes playtime and 45 minutes in the party room (for a total of 2 hours). Suitable for a maximum of 30 guests. (We can seat 20 children maximum) How you manage numbers is up to you. During the summer months, with this party you can opt to use our garden area for the duration of your playtime rather than the soft play. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a combination of both. See our additional extra’s that can be added with this party.
Why not lay on a little something extra for your adult guests?
Whilst the children enjoy their party tea, your adult guests can enjoy a little something too! Adult options are unavailable with our Active Party package.

Ultimately a Yummy Cream Tea, with Sandwich choice, Scones with Clotted Cream and Jam served with Tea and Coffee!
Following your selection, these goodies will be served in the party room. Make sure that you pre-order however as these items are not available on the day!
For those that prefer it, the cafe will be open and our regular choice of refreshments can be purchased whilst the children play. (please be aware that for reasons of safety hot drinks purchased in the cafe area cannot be transferred to the party room and so the cafe will close 15 minutes prior to transferring through to the party room) Don’t forget to let us know about any special dietary requirements as we are unable to cater for these on the day!
