\"\"<\/a>All customers are required to ‘Book in Advance’ their play sessions. \u00a0So please don’t just turn up as we hate to disappoint and you may be turned away.<\/p>\n

Customers booking a play session agree to the following terms and conditions:<\/p>\n

Our premises are only suitable for use by babies and toddlers up to their fourth birthday or one meter tall whichever comes soonest. \u00a0Children outside of this criteria will not be allowed to enter our play area. \u00a0For those bringing an older sibling along during the school holidays, you will need to book them as an adult and they will be required to remain seated in our cafe area to avoid breach of our insurance policy (aged 4-15). \u00a0Additional adults are welcome and should be included in your booking. \u00a0Babies are chargeable as we are a centre catering from birth. \u00a0All babies and children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+ and parents \/ guardians remain responsible for the supervision of their children whilst visiting.<\/p>\n

Full payment will be required upon booking and playtime booking charges are non-refundable, so please be sure to book the correct session of your choice as we are unable to make changes without 3 working days notice.\u00a0 All booking changes will be subject to an admin fee. \u00a0Please check your booking before completing as we are unable to take responsibility for customer mistakes.<\/p>\n

We welcome customers to Play and Stay for up to 3 hours, however during peak periods, playtimes may be restricted to 90 minutes.\u00a0 \u00a0Our Teeny Tiny Tots sessions just for babies are limited to 90 minutes and soft play only.\u00a0 \u00a0 Please do be aware that all regular playtimes prior to these sessions will finish promptly at 2pm to allow for our Teeny Tiny Tots 90 minute playtimes to take place. \u00a0Our business closes at 4pm daily and all customers are required to leave promptly at the time of closing.\u00a0 Our main driveway access gate will be closed and locked upon business closure.<\/p>\n

Customers should not attend a play session if they are unwell and whereby little ones have tummy bugs, we politely request that you allow a minimum 48 hours of returning to normal eating and drinking before visiting. \u00a0Any child taking ill whilst visiting will be asked to leave the premise to ensure minimum risk to others.<\/p>\n

Where a minimum 24 hours notice is received, that you are unable to attend your booking, \u00a0a future play date will be honoured only where we are able to refill the spaces with prior advertising. \u00a0For those who are unwell for any reason, self isolating or for those wishing to amend bookings for any reason, 3 working days notice will be required. \u00a0We reserve the right to charge an administration fee to change bookings.<\/p>\n

Bookings are non-transferable to other persons. \u00a0The number of adults and children playing will be limited within our opening times for everyones comfort, safety and enjoyment. \u00a0Lone adults will not be permitted.<\/p>\n

We are a Shoe free zone, so please be prepared to remove your shoes upon arrival. \u00a0Socks remain mandatory for all visitors including babies and grown ups so please bring some with you. \u00a0We are sorry but we do not have room for prams or pushchairs so please leave these in your vehicle. When using the garden customer shoes will be placed in bags at the garden entrance. \u00a0All customers must wear shoes whilst out in the garden to avoid the garden being brought into our clean indoor area. \u00a0Those choosing to play in the garden in socks will NOT be allowed to re-enter our indoor play area. \u00a0Upon return indoors please remove your shoes and replace in the bag for collection prior to your session end time.<\/p>\n

Tables in our cafe area have to work hard and will be allocated to customers when placing a food order. \u00a0Customers are politely requested not to “Bag Tables” for the duration of their visit but to use the hooks provided for bags, coats etc. \u00a0Customers are politely asked not to move furniture in our cafe area ensuring everyones safety. \u00a0Fire Exits must be kept accessible at all times.<\/p>\n

Our Cafe will be Open from 9.30am to 3.30pm, there may be a restricted menu, depending on the time of day that you are visiting. \u00a0Ordering can take place at the cafe and a table will be allocated when you order. \u00a0Please do remember that everything supplied in our cafe area is made freshly to order, so once you have ordered you will have time to play – we will call you once your food has been served to your table. \u00a0We are happy to accept both cash and card, card transactions will carry a minimum purchase of \u00a33.00. \u00a0We do not accept American Express.<\/p>\n

You are welcome to take photographs when visiting, however we request that to ensure everyones privacy (including staff) you only capture your own!<\/p>\n

Our Toys are circulated frequently to allow for enhanced cleaning.<\/p>\n

Please respect the signage for CLOSED AREAS, these are closed for a reason and access is not permitted.<\/p>\n

Only food, snacks and drinks purchased on our premises may be consumed here, so please there is no need to bring your own. \u00a0We do allow children to drink from their own water cups brought from home and we provide a jug of water for their replenishment. \u00a0Grown up coffee cups and flasks are NOT permitted. \u00a0We provide a microwave for the heating of pureed baby food made at home. \u00a0Once babies have progressed to finger foods, you should be able to find something suitable on our in-house menu. \u00a0For those with allergies, we stock a range of suitable products so please speak with a member of our team prior to placing your food order.<\/p>\n

Our play equipment is suitable for use by little ones only, Adults are therefore politely reminded NOT to sit on, stand on or use any of the equipment within our premises including our ball pool. \u00a0Adults are politely asked not to enter the garden play house.<\/p>\n

We operate a secure entry system. \u00a0Our reception area may not be manned continually, so please wait and check in at reception prior to entering. \u00a0If leaving the building please ensure that the gate is closed behind you to safeguard all other visitors.<\/p>\n

Active Tots accepts no liability for any loss or damage to personal property whilst visiting including vehicles parked in our car park.<\/p>\n

We are a non-smoking venue and this includes the use of e-cigarettes both inside, outside in the car park and in our garden area.<\/p>\n

We do not allow pets and we respectfully request that customers do not walk their dogs within the Granary Court complex by request of our Landlord.<\/p>\n

We will Ring our Play Bell to alert the end of a playtime, upon hearing it, please do make preparation to go home.<\/p>\n
