Party Booking Terms and Conditions:

  • Our premises are available for parties during our normal opening hours. Monday to Saturday 9.30am to 4pm.
  • During the party, the Party Host will be responsible for the supervision of their guests.
  • Active Tots will accept no liability for any injury caused to any persons during the party. The Party Host must ensure the health and safety of everyone present at all times.
  • The Party Host and guests shall not use the facilities or equipment for any other purpose other than what it is intended for.
  • Smoking within the facilities is strictly forbidden.
  • The play equipment provided is suitable for use by children up to their fourth birthday or 1 meter tall whichever is the sooner and consideration of this should be taken when inviting guests.
  • All shoes will be removed upon entering the building and socks are mandatory for both adults and children throughout the premise.
  • Food and Drink is confined to the designated areas only and party food will be served to the children in the party room. Adults are not permitted to transfer food from the cafe area to the party room for reasons of safety.
  • We will endeavour to cater for special dietary requirements by prior arrangement. We are unable to change our catering arrangements on the day of the party.
  • No jewellery, badges or sharp equipment shall be taken onto the play equipment.
  • Any child who has recently suffered an accident or is feeling unwell should not be allowed to play on the equipment.
  • The Party Host may supply their own balloons but these will be restricted to the party room only and must be removed once the party has finished.
  • Photography will be restricted to the party room only for VIP, Active and Mini Parties. VIP Guests may use our optional Photographer Disclaimer, but only by prior arrangement and a charge will be levied for this service. Guests will be required to sign the disclaimer upon arrival and only once this has been accepted may photography commence in the main area.
  • Mini Party (6-12 guests) a ratio of one adult per child will be admitted. The Mini Party is available on week days only. The charge covers a one and a half hour party which includes 60 minutes play and 30 minutes in the party room.
  • Active Party (8-15 guests) a ratio of one adult per child only will be admitted plus one extra adult to allow both parents of the birthday child. The charge covers a two hour party, 75 minutes play and 45 minutes in the party room.
  • VIP Party A maximum of 40 guests will be admitted. We can cater for a maximum of 20 children each with one adult or if more adults are invited then the number of children must be reduced accordingly. The charge covers a two hour party, 75 minutes play and 45 minutes in the party room.
  • Party Guests must include any baby aged 9 months and over. Babies under 9 months will be classed as babes in arms and will not be catered for.
  • VIP Parties will give exclusive use of the premises, but all usual house rules will apply.
  • Family members aged 4 and over may be permitted to attend a VIP party by prior arrangement with the Management. They will not however be permitted to participate in the soft play activities for reasons of safety. Requests for them to join the party table will be accommodated only where possible and the Party Host will be asked to sign a disclaimer taking full responsibility for those involved.
  • Following the consumption of party food, all guests will, for health and safety reasons, leave the premises by the party room exit. They will not be allowed to re-enter the play zone.
